Security

Enterprise-grade security is built into every layer of AI Procure-Bridge — from identity and access management to data encryption and responsible AI practices.

Last Updated: July 23, 2026

Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption algorithms managed by our cloud infrastructure providers.

Identity & Access

Authentication is powered by enterprise identity services with support for role-based access control (Administrator, Knowledge Manager, Executive Reviewer).

Infrastructure Security

Our backend runs on hardened, managed cloud infrastructure with network isolation, automated patching, and continuous monitoring.

Data Governance

Customer workspaces are logically isolated. Row-level security policies enforce that users can only access data they are authorized to view.

Incident Response

We maintain an incident response process to detect, investigate, and remediate security issues, with timely customer notification when required.

Responsible AI

AI outputs are retrieved from your approved knowledge base and presented with citations. We do not use customer data to train third-party models.

Security & Responsibility

Data Protection

We implement defense-in-depth controls to protect customer data. All data in transit is encrypted with TLS, and data at rest is encrypted using keys managed by our cloud provider. Backups are encrypted and stored in geographically redundant locations.

Access Control

Access to the platform is gated by authenticated sessions with secure tokens. Workspace administrators define roles and permissions. Administrative actions are logged for accountability.

Application Security

We follow secure development practices, including code review, dependency scanning, and environment separation. Security-sensitive operations are performed server-side with validation at every layer.

AI Safety and Privacy

Our AI copilot retrieves answers from your organization’s approved knowledge chunks. Citations are provided so users can verify sources. Customer content is not used to train public or third-party AI models.

Compliance and Audits

We align our practices with widely recognized security frameworks and review our controls regularly. Customers may request additional security documentation or answers to vendor questionnaires through their account representative.

Vulnerability Reporting

We welcome responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities. If you believe you have discovered a security issue, please contact us at support@aiprocurebridge.com. We will investigate promptly and coordinate disclosure.
