Terms of Use

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any AI Procure-Bridge service, you represent that you have authority to bind your organization and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

AI Procure-Bridge provides an enterprise AI knowledge platform for procurement advisory, including document management, knowledge retrieval, AI copilot assistance, executive learning, and reporting tools. Features and availability may vary by subscription plan.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
• Administrators control user invitations, role assignments, and workspace access.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security incident.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to bypass security controls or access data not authorized to you.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
• Use the AI outputs to make decisions without appropriate human oversight.

AI Procure-Bridge retains ownership of the platform, software, and brand materials. You retain ownership of your customer content. We receive a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Services.

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared in connection with the Services. Customer data uploaded to the platform is treated as confidential and protected in accordance with our Security and Privacy commitments.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” AI-generated outputs are advisory in nature and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before operational or legal decisions are made.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Procure-Bridge’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or at your organization’s request. Upon termination, we will return or delete customer data in accordance with our data retention policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction agreed in your master services agreement, or otherwise by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
